W ramach przygotowań do Klubowych Mistrzostw Europy w Londynie w lipcu wybraliśmy się do Pragi na najbardziej „spirytowy” turniej ever – Whose Baby 2009. Turniej ten co roku odbywa się w innym klimacie, były już dzieci kwiaty, wampiry, dziki zachód, a tym razem przyszło na udać się na piękną hawajską wyspę by przez cały weekend pić drinki z kokosa, tańczyć w rytm hawajskich przebojów, podziwiać hawajskie piękności i co najważniejsze grać w Ultimate!
Może trochę Was to dziwić ale, co jest zupełnym ewenementem w tamtej części świata, przez całą sobotę padało. Z każdym kolejnym meczem boiska robiły się coraz bardziej grząskie, aż o godzinie 18 resztę zaplanowanych na sobotę meczów odwołano. Kiedy tylko przestaliśmy grać wyszło piękne hawajskie słońce.. niestety stan boisk nie pozwalał na wznowienie rozgrywek!
Nie pozostało nam nic innego jak przygotować się na hawajskie party na którym bawiliśmy się super. Zdecydowanie zasłużyliśmy na to żeby wygrać imprezę! Zresztą sami popatrzcie na zdjęcia :D
W niedziele turniej został dokończony w okrojonej formule i grze na boso! Ostatecznie uplasowaliśmy się na piątym miejscu na dwanaście drużyn. Mimo że szyki pokrzyżowała nam pogoda był to jeden z najlepszych naszych weekendów w tym roku i wszyscy którzy grali na Whose Baby – The Aloha Island będą to jeszcze długo i dobrze wspominać!
